SEARCH and rescue crews continue their efforts to find a 24-year-old NSW man missing off Mullaloo Beach since yesterday afternoon.

Martin Tann, from Narrabri, in north-western NSW, went missing yesterday and his belongings were found by a member of the public on the beach after they were left unattended for several hours.

The missing man's WA-based aunt and uncle are at Mullaloo Beach this morning, but did not want to comment.

It is understood Mr Tann's bag was found yesterday on a limestone wall in the car park.

The Westpac Rescue helicopter, Water Police and WA LifeSaving personnel are assisting in the search. Jet-skis are also searching the water.

It is believed Mr Tann went to the beach about 1pm yesterday and a family member contacted police about 8.30pm last night when he failed to return.

The police air wing swept the area last night and this morning water police, volunteer marine rescue, and Surf Life Saving WA resumed their search of the beach.

Police search for missing Swan View boy, 9

A MISSING nine-year-old Swan View boy who had not been seen since yesterday afternoon has been found safe and well.

Isaac Johnson was found by a member of the public on a street in Stratton about 8.25am today. He was last seen in Talbot Road in Swan View about 4.40pm yesterday.

Police search for missing Kimberley teen, 15

Dampier Peninsula Police are also searching for a missing disabled indigenous boy aged 15 who has gone missing in the vicinity of La Djadarr Bay, about 140km north of Broome on the Dampier Peninsula.

The youth has an intellectual disability and Police hold concerns for his welfare due to the difficult terrain and high temperatures in the area.

The boy was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and black shorts.

Police used a helicopter and boat with the assistance of Bardi Rangers and Nyul Nyul Rangers, to conduct a search of the area where he was last seen.

The search stopped about 6.30pm last night due to lack of light.

The search recommenced this morning at 5.30am, and will use Police, Rangers, SES Volunteers and Derby Volunteer Marine Rescue. A helicopter will assist with an air search and boats will search the marshlands.

Family fears for missing diabetic man

THE family of a diabetic man who has been missing since Saturday say they are desperate for answers as to his whereabouts.

Chris Gavshon, 40, was last seen on Saturday morning at the Murdoch train station.

His brother Matt says Chris was heading to his North Perth apartment to clean it out and had been intending to visit his father in North Fremantle later that day but never showed up.

He had been staying at a house in Willetton.

Matt says he and his family are desperate to know where Chris is and urged anyone with information to contact the family or police.

“We are really desperate for good news…we are all in the dark, my mum and my sister are pretty emotional,” Matt said.

“We are just hoping he is alright.”

Chris, who is on a disability pension, is 170cm tall, about 115kg, and has dark hair.

He is a high-risk diabetic and does not have his proper medication with him.
